The Athletics are pleased to announce African American Franchise Five Night on Jackie Robinson Day, Friday, April 15 vs. the Kansas City Royals. To celebrate this event, fans voted for the five greatest African American players in A’s franchise history throughout November. The A’s African American Franchise Five are Vida Blue, Rickey Henderson, Reggie Jackson, John “Blue Moon” Odom, and Dave Stewart.
Tickets are available now. The contributions of the Franchise Five will be recognized April 15, and a special ticket is available below that includes game admission, a commemorative t-shirt, and a charitable donation to the Jackie Robinson Foundation.
