60th Anniversary of “The Catch” T shirt
n September of 1954, in Game 1 of the World Series, Giants Hall of Famer Willie Mays made what is widely regarded as one of as the most memorable defensive play in Major League Baseball history. His legendary, over-the-shoulder catch, kept the Giants in Game 1 versus the Cleveland Indians – a memory that would go on to live in the hearts of Giants fans forever. On September 25th, the Giants organization is honored to invite Giants fans of all ages to celebrate the 60th Anniversary of a moment in baseball history that is simply known as, “The Catch”. Your Special Event package includes a ticket to watch the Giants take on the Padres, as well as a collector’s-edition Giants t-shirt depicting “The Catch”.
