Dear Sir,
as we were leaving and packing someone stole my son’s (8 years old) the new Henley he got at the entrance yesterday. He cried and cried. We were advised to go to the customer service and file a complaint, yet by the time we got out it was closed. Where can we address this issue at? I would just let it go, but it was the first thing he asked for this morning. I feel so sorry for him. I wish I could just buy one if that’s the option? Please advise, Maria
I am very sorry that happened. There are some horrible greedy people out there. We do not directly sell any of the items here on the site we are more of a resource and an archive. We do have a forum that people buy, sell, and trade item but there isn’t much on their yet as it is still new. You can try checking ebay. Giveaways usually turn up on there hours after the game. Best of luck and I hope you find one for your son.
